Refund and Returns Policy


Our refund and returns policy lasts 2 days after delivery. If 2 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Digital products like online Activation keys.

You book the order and we will deliver within 24 hours. Normally we deliver within 1 to 2 hours approximately

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Customized orders, which you orders on demand

Returnable items:

There are situations where refunds are granted:

  • If you buy a subscription and the subscription do not work or it is not as per your requirements, then you cancel subscription by submitting the request on or at
  • Before submitting’s request, make sure you have read the product details in the product description

Once return request is received and our team will checked the request details, if your request have valid point, we will initiate refund and amount will back in your account within 7 to 10 days approximately

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at, our team will send you ARN (Acquirer Reference Number), which help you to discuss with bank.


If we found, you are not following rules, we have to right to cancel your subscription services. Further all rules are mentioned under each product.

And if we found your payment is fraudulent, we have right to cancel your order.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

We only replace items like activation keys if they do not work, you have to submit request with screenshot of error. Our team will send the new activation key.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
